REQUIREMENTS TO RENT A PROPERTY

For safety and to guarantee a better service to our clients,
all rental applications are evaluated through an insurance company.
Documents and forms must be original and fully completed with fingerprint and signature.
Both the client(s) and the joint debtor(s) must present income greater than twice the value of the lease.

LEGAL ENTITY

  • Certificate of Existence and Representation, not older than thirty (30) days Original.
  • Financial Statements, last accounting period and its annexes, certified by a public accountant.
  • Photocopy of the last Income Statement.
  • Photocopy of the Citizenship or Immigration Certificate enlarged to 150%, signed and with the fingerprint of the Legal Representative.
  • Photocopy of bank statements for the last three (3) months (they can be originals or copies).
  • Other income: attach supporting documentation.
  • Registration with the Chamber of Commerce and / or RUT (if applies).
  • Insurer form properly filled out and signed in the Original.
  • Copy of the Professional Card of the accountant who signs the financial statements

EMPLOYEE

  • Photocopy of the Citizenship or Immigration Certificate enlarged to 150%, signed and with a fingerprint.
  • Photocopy of the last Income Statement if existing.
  • Photocopy of bank statements for the last three (3) months (they can be originals or copies).
  • Original Labor Certificate that includes: Position, Type of Contract, Monthly remuneration, Time of service; If the time of service is less than three (3) months, attach previous employment certificate.
  • Photocopy three (3) last pay stubs or last EPS self-assessment form.
  • Other income: attach supporting documentation.
  • Registration with the Chamber of Commerce and / or RUT (if applies).
  • Insurer form properly filled out and signed in the Original.

INDEPENDENT

  • Photocopy of the Citizenship or Immigration Certificate enlarged to 150%, signed and with a fingerprint.
  • Financial Statements, last accounting period and its annexes, certified by a public accountant.
  • Photocopy of the last Income Statement if existing.
  • Fotocopia extractos Bancarios de los tres (3) últimos meses (puede ser originales o copia)
  • Photocopy three (3) last pay stubs or last EPS self-assessment form.
  • Other income: attach supporting documentation.
  • Registration with the Chamber of Commerce and / or RUT (if applies).
  • Insurer form properly filled out and signed in the Original.

PENSIONARY

  • Photocopy of the Citizenship or Immigration Certificate enlarged to 150%, signed and with a fingerprint.
  • Photocopy of the last Income Statement if existing.
  • Photocopy of bank statements for the last three (3) months (they can be originals or copies).
  • Photocopy three (3) last pay stubs or last EPS self-assessment form.
  • Other income: attach supporting documentation.
  • Certificado de pensión ó los tres (3) últimos desprendibles de pago.
  • Insurer form properly filled out and signed in the Original.

RENT HOLDER

The first fee must be paid in advance only once and a commission on it, which is intended to cover the expenses associated with the acquisition of the property, advice, study process of the insurer and closing of the business.

From 5% of the value of the first fee + IVA
(may vary depending on the insurance company)
· Paperwork $25.000
· Commission for obtaining property
20% of the value of the first rent fee + IVA

OWNERS

· Property Administration (monthly)
10% of the value of the rental fee + IVA
